*Please note: the turkey needs defrosting before cooking. It takes a minimum of 48 hours to defrost in the fridge. Please refer to defrost instructions on pack.
- All our COOK turkeys are raised outdoors on a small farm in East Anglia with freedom to roam on a pasture or in woodland 24hrs a day with a 100% natural diet. This has been recognised with a Good Turkey Award from the charity Compassion in World Farming.
- We have butterflied part of the breast, added a parsley and lemon centre (not stuffing) and shaped it into a cushion. Wrapped in streaky bacon and finished with a lemon slice and bay leaf.
- The turkey is topped with the pork & apricot stuffing from Speldhurst butchers, the same as in our other turkeys, and added dried cranberries to the mix.
